Go really light with flys, the main thing with a fly is to stretch the chest. It’s not a mass building power move. 15-20 kilos will be enough to use and get a good stretch in the chest.
A barbell will require you to balance and support the weight, thus stimulating more muscle. A smith machine balances the weight for you so it’s easier then the barbell.
It will vary for everyone, but generally after a year of solid weight training you’re going to have people start to take notice of your muscular development and ask you questions like “Do you workout? You’re looking pretty big.” or something along those line
A lot of that has to do with genetics, I sweat a lot more then most people I know as well. One thing I would recommend you do is make sure to replace the sodium you lose from all the sweating. I’ve got a good video you should watch at:

i got a question and i dont know if any of you guys know, but im a football player and boxer and i weight lift and workout everyday and im in great shape weigh 150, max benchpress 215, max squat 335, hang clean 185 max. but my question is i sweat so bad worse than any one else im completely drenched after one set of squats. im in awesome shape and i drink loads of water every day does anyone know why i sweat so much or how i could stop or what i should do?

you should not be arching your back during your bench press and also during dumbell flys you should not bend your elbows, lighten the wieght and keep your arms straight and you will notice the difference in the very first rep
My lower pecs are flabby haha and I am doing decline dumbell bench press once a week 3 sets and 15 reps should I up the reps or the sets? Also can I do it more than once a week?

Build up to it gradually, maybe do 4 sets per day and see how that works. If you feel you need more after a few weeks then you can up it to morning and evening.

No working out will not stunt your growth. Height is determined by your genetics not by what exercises you do (or don’t do in the gym).
