Release is nothing more than to cease to restrain and by definition should be quite effortless like the cracking of a whip. ie Couples any sense that you must throw the club or control it usually means you are out of position and in mayday mode to hit the ball. @rmstern lol the lower body movement is natural .. with the winding… so focus on the upper
This is actually a terrible tip. The first movement on the downswing is with your hips and lower body. Not dropping the arms!
I have been struggling with an early release and a pull hook lately. Will definitely give this a shot minus the gadget.
