Five stars…..HA! From where!?! Melia Las Americas is a huge cockroach infested dump. With the most horrible front desk staff I have ever seen. They’re a 1.5 star hotel solely based on location. But not even near the five stars that the local tourism board has given them as part of their marketing scheme.
