Two Points…
Firstly, you should design every city in the world! < The real world that is!
Secondly (and I don’t know how many people will get this but…)
Frontier should get together with Enterbrain & make a 3D rpg maker with all the sexy goodness of RCT3 and less of the annoying headaches of RMXP.
Extremely helpful advice, I mean my slice was so bad I honestly thought it was my clubs and I was prepared to spend another 2000$ for another set of club but after this I am glad I watched you Brian, thanks!
Thanks for the kind words…I hope the video has helped! Check out my slicefreegolf website if you need some more inspiration! Enjoy your golf & say goodbye to the slice! BC
Thanks Tommy, I’m so glad my video was helpful! From your description, it sounds like the drill is working properly…it’s so fun to eliminate that slice and compress the ball with a swing “from the inside”. I’m in the process of providing more video tips (and I would love to assist you with your putting). You could check out my slicefreegolf website & I’ve also produced some Quick Tips on the Golfdigest website that you might like. Keep up the great work & check back soon.
Nice job Brian. That first drill really is EXCELLENT. Gives me the feel of swinging from the inside and not letting my back shoulder over rotate. I had a bad slice.
Now my shoulder remains solid (not coming over the top)… and my right elbow rubs slightly against my stomach… keeping the swing “on the inside.” My swing plane is 100% better, eliminating the slice.
Would like to view more tips, even putting tips if you have any.
Thanks a lot.
Tommy from NY
Awesome, I am hitting CB’s too, I thought your irons on the baseball diamond looked familiar. Thanks again for the video, oddly I only have a slice with my driver, this should help.
Thanks tdela!
…and I’m swinging the CBs. Same clean look, but some extra forgiveness (too much teaching, not enough playing…I’ll take the extra help!)
Let’s keep it fun…enjoy your golf!! BC
Sounds like you still have some energy moving too far to the left… and ball position could certainly be a factor. Without seeing your swing, I would guess that you could bring the ball back in your stance a touch with the irons. But remember, now that you are in a “Slice-Free” position, you should be turning your hips through impact with more confidence. “Pulling” shots to the left could indicate that your still doing too much work with your arms and upper body. Relax the arms & turn thru!
Thank you so much for the note…I’m glad you enjoyed the video! If interested, I have some additional content at my website: slicefreegolf … & I do plan on posting some new clips here soon. Keep up the great work & enjoy golf!! BC
Thanks Brian, This helped straighten my driver. I hit it straighter than I have ever hit any driver (and I have a “few” of them). BUT I still pull my irons. In frustration today at the range I ended up opening my irons a fraction as a trial and that worked. Also my ball position at address is in the middle for the 9iron and then creeps forward, lower the loft and creeps to the back foot, higher the loft from a 9. Does this make sense and should I continue to play this? Thanks you.
Quick (anxious) shoulders are a common cause of slicing…slow them down & better contact will be yours! Thanks for the note & keep at it…
All the best,
BC
Glad you like the video… Keep in mind that the longer the club, the more likely you are to get “open” shoulders at impact. Make a full backswing turn, but make sure your arms are relaxed & your shoulders are square at impact. Your driver swing is probably speeding up on the course…so keep it smooth, and try to “look” at the ball with your chest at impact. That nice draw will return. BC
Just played my first round of the year and I was very disappointed. On the range I was hitting driver perfect. Long and straight. Now I have a very high swing speed of 119 so I have had slice problems in the past. They showed up on the 4th hole today and stayed the rest of the 18. My question is why did I start slicing driver and still had a draw on my irons? To me it seemed like the same swing and not once did I slice an iron. Great video and I will keep working at it.
jben2316…you just made my night! Congratulations on your success…I’m so glad my videos have been helpful. I’ve been busy teaching here in NY, but I plan on posting some new videos soon. Check back with me soon, and keep up the great work!
All the best, BC
Dude, Brian…I have been spending tireless hours watching instruction videos on a better swing and how not to slice. You sir have, by far, the best videos on YouTube. Easy to understand, not too many technical terms, and very, VERY, helpful with frustrated amateurs like myself. Thanks to your help, I went from 86 golf to 76 golf in a week. Keep em comin man!

This is so simple and brilliant!
I love this guys personality too, he keeps it fun.
P.S – Are you swinging TM MC’s?

this is great tip, I love the the phrase PATIENT SHOULDERS as I feel in my swing the shoulders initiate the down swing
Thanks really helpful
haha that’s great. you sound like him too! Thanks for the video

Yes, I’ve been mistaken for Jim a few times… he’s a great guy, and he never slices!
Jim Nantz?? haha
